Prestolite Wire LLC, established in 1985, is a leading supplier to many diverse markets offering a wide variety of products and services. Prestolite is composed of three divisions:
- Prestolite Wire and Cable – a leading manufacturer of copper wire and cable products sold into multiple end markets. The offices and manufacturing facility for this division are located in Paragould, AR.
- Prestolite Wire Harness and Ignition Wire – a manufacturer of specialty wire harnesses are sold into the transportation market including ignition wire sets, copper wire harnesses, and battery cable assemblies. The offices and manufacturing facility for this division are located in Nogales, Mexico, with distribution and customer service located in Nogales, Arizona.
- Prestolite Performance – a leading manufacturer and supplier of performance products into the automotive aftermarket. The offices and manufacturing facility for this division are located in Cleveland, Ohio.
Prestolite Wire & Cable
Prestolite Wire LLC’s Wire and Cable division is a leading manufacturer of copper wire and cable products. With a 460,000 sq. ft. plant located in Paragould, AR and established in 1989, Prestolite serves the transportation and industrial markets in North America. The company manufacturers a variety of wire and cable products that range from 22 to 4/0 gage in size and temperature ranges of 80 to 200 degrees C. Prestolite manufactures a full range of standard industry products and can provide custom solutions to meet each customer’s specific wire needs. The plant maintains quality certifications of ISO 9001 and TS 16949 and has multiple approvals for SAE and UL style products.
Prestolite Wire Harness and Ignition Wire
Prestolite Wire LLC’s Wire Harness division is a leading manufacturer of ignition wire sets and a leading supplier of wire harnesses and battery cables to the automotive industry. Prestolite services a wide range of OEMs and key customers out of its manufacturing facility located in Nogales, Mexico – a 115,000 sq. ft. state of the art plant – and provides warehousing and full logistics support from a facility in Nogales, AZ, just across the Mexico-US border. The products Prestolite manufactures are used in a wide range of applications, included but not limited to engines, transmissions, fuel systems, vehicle interiors, and brake systems, among others. Prestolite maintains quality certifications of TS16949 & ISO14001 at the Nogales manufacturing facility and has been honored repeatedly with customer quality and service awards.
